Our People and Culture Consulting services begin with a reimaging session to discuss the needs of your organization, where you have been, where you would like to go and the current standing of your management and people & culture services. We then begin all projects by conducting an assessment of the organization and the people and culture systems. Our assessment is guided in the use of Appreciative Inquiry techniques, where we seek to find out what has worked for your organization and how to amplify the good. In this approach we may survey, interview and facilitate discussions with your team members, as well as review and audit documents related to management and people and culture.
We then meet with your team to discuss our findings and collaboratively move forward with a plan and strategy on how to actualize your organization's vision.
